All Sales Final on CBD Topicals due to hygiene and safety regulations, topical CBD products are not eligible for return or exchange unless your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to the seller's error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (due to the seller's error), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
