Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Cannabuzz Creations is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
Orders that are not recoverable due to an incorrect address are not eligible for refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cannabuzz Creations is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
